I just exchanged my Charge 6 for a new one after having this issue, and it is the same with my new Fitbit aside from one tiny detail. No matter how much I walk, it only shows up on the App. Each time I sync, it refreshes the distance in the App, but the value on my Fitbit stays the same. It was 0.00 km on the old Fitbit, now it shows 0.01 km. I spoke to support and was told to try manual stride length as a workaround, and it didn't work.

I’m having the same problem and I’ve tried rebooting, syncing, updating and ensure GPS is enabled but nothing works. Very frustrating!

Since some days have passed, can you please confirm if the situation persists?
In the meantime I suggest you restart your devices and set them up again.

Yes the issue has not changed at all. I currently have 614 steps today but my Fitbit still says 0.00 km traveled. Complete waste of money and the worst part is they crush all the competitors. Google buying Fitbit was the beginning of the end.

Yes the same issues persist, I’ve restarted, resynced, open Google maps while using the tracker and nothing has worked. I’m returning the device today and hoping to get a refund.
