Hello Fitbit Support,
I recently purchased a Fitbit Charge 6 and updated it to the latest firmware. However, I noticed that the ECG app is not available on my device, nor is it listed in the Fitbit app gallery.
Could you please confirm if the ECG app is officially supported in Croatia? If not, do you have any information about when this feature might be enabled in my country?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,

Hello @SPopic
Just to let you know, this is a mainly a user-to-user support forum, not an official Fitbit Support page.
According to this page (<-- click) on Fitbit's Irregular Rhythm feature, the ECG app is not available in Croatia.
As I mentioned, we are not Google employees. We don't have any information when/if the Fitbit ECG feature will be available in Croatia.

Hello RiekoC!
Today I found a "solution". I use NordVPN and connected to the USA server (St.Louis). After that I got the option to install the ECG app on my Fitbit Charge 6. After restarting the device I even managed to get the option in the Fitbit app through the "Health assessment" settings for ECG and was finally able to measure my first ECG. Voila! I hope this "solution" will work in the future and that Fitbit technical staff will not disable it.
Thank you again for your help.
Best regards,

Hello @SPopic
Thanks for letting us know that you discovered a workaround using a VPN. As far as I know, the VPN option should continue to work.
The only disadvantage of using a VPN is that some users have reported problems with the correct time showing in the app for features like sleep tracking. They see their times matching the timezone of country that the VPN is connected to rather than local times. Hopefully, you won't experience this problem.
