Editing sleep does not update Sleep Score

Help! Editing sleep does not update score!!

(Charge 6, iOS App, device and phone updated and restarted). Editing sleep data changes everything EXCEPT Sleep Score which would be server side on Fitbit’s end.

All these issues with sleep tracking are pointing me to other more robust platforms. I sure hope you can get the Sleep Score not updating issue resolved quickly!

Thanks

My sleep score and stress score still are not working correctly. It will say I've slept two hours when I got a full eight hours sleep! Sometimes no sleep score at all. Cannot edit. Tried everything restarting phone app. This is obviously a Fitbit issue. When will this get resolved! This started over a week ago. Step count is off to it'll say 10,000 steps and go back to eight and back to 10.

Hello @Lolly8

It is frustrating that editing the sleep log doesn't update the sleep score & sleep stages graph. I'm also experiencing this issue.

For now, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens. If you see Report issue in the menu, tap that instead.
  • Complete the prompts & submit

The Feedback and Issue reports are received by the team for review.

Has there been any resolution of this problem? I'm about to give up on Fitbit altogether. Only used it for sleep score. It's upsetting that it's no longer possible to update it with edits to sleep.

I've also been having sleep tracking issues for a month or so. Often when I wake up the wake time is listed correctly, then an hour or two later it changes to a later time as my wake-up time, and lowers my sleep score (I guess I'm not active enough in the morning). I used to be able to reedit my wake-up time to fix this, now any edits I make are reverted to the incorrect times the next time the app syncs. As an example, this morning I woke up at 7:25, and initially my fitbit showed this as my wake time and gave me a score of 90. Two hours later it changed my wake time to 9:18 and lowered my score to 82, even though I was awake and active since 7:30. Any changes I make manually to the data are reverted a few minutes later.

I am on Android, app version 4.58, firmware version 220.31

I just noticed today that fitbit seemingly correctly update my sleep score about an hour after I edited my wake time. Could it be that they fixxed the server side error?

Edit: I just went through the last week's sleep data and edited the wake time on each one, and each time the data was correctly filled in and the score was updated. Seems like it's fixxed.
