After the latest firmware update, problems started to appear. At first, a small phone icon with a diagonal line through it began showing up, located right above the heart rate display. When I disabled the “status tray” option, the phone icon stopped appearing, but then another issue began—continuous reboots.
The device eventually stabilizes, but as soon as I open the mobile app to check my data, the reboot cycle starts all over again. During the unstable phase, the heart rate readings spike abnormally—close to 150 bpm. If I hadn’t used a fingertip pulse oximeter (which showed normal heart rate), I would have thought something was seriously wrong with my heart.
Honestly, I’ve loved this watch since the day I bought it, but this situation is now extremely frustrating.

Welcome to the community forums @Adoniskeris.
Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty with your Charge 6. Sorry to know the situation experienced.
I'm not sure if you have tried to perform a restart. Please follow the steps listed in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I’ve restarted it, tried everything, but the tracker keeps randomly restarting on its own. After each of these multiple restarts, it suddenly shows my heart rate going extremely high. The problem is that this gets recorded in the app’s data, and I don’t know if it’s real or not. Of course, I never reach 168 bpm while at rest — that’s clearly incorrect — but it still gets logged in my data. As a result, I can no longer make accurate assessments like I used to.
