Fading display

  • Can't do any swipe on the screen.. Display seems faded. I can't check any setting also.

Hi, @ranjitham21 , if your display seems to be fading, it is usually a good idea

- to check the settings menu on your Fitbit (instructions are here  (make sure ‘dim screen’ hasn’t got accidentally turned on!)

- to give your Fitbit a restart 

- to change your clock face.  Instructions are here .  (If that improves the issue, then it is fine to return to your previously chosen clock face if you prefer(

- keep your Fitbit battery topped up by charging little and often.

Usually one of these steps will solve this issue for newer devices like the Charge 6.  A fading screen can sometimes be a fault for much older Fitbits, due to natural and expected age of battery deterioration.
