White screen on Charge 6

Hello,

the screen of my charge 6 went white today. It's not possible to restart it - tried several times nor changed the clock. For 2 weeks I've been solving problems about troubleshooting - restarting itself, not showing time properly and today white screen. I have a premium membership with not able to use it. I'm fed up as this is my third fitbit, and I always was really happy until 2 weeks ago. This is a pain.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty and for trying to fix it on your own. 

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing difficulties with the device. Please, confirm that you have perform the restart as indicated here:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

I still have a problem. It started 2 weeks ago when suddenly my watch went "freeze" first the cross was on display nonstop for about 12 hrs, then the logo of Fitbit showed again for 12 hrs or so I did try to restart as you mentioned and changed the face of the watch and also try to restart my mobile, after 2 days it somehow went back to normal until this Sunday. The white screen shows. I thought it might be a problem with the system update so I tried to uninstall the app and re-install I also tried to upgrade my account to premium nothing worked. Your recommendation of restarting my watch until the logo appears - well that might be a problem as I try that after 5 times and nothing happens (3x press the button after one second each, wait 15 seconds and start again) I'm very disappointed. I'm not able to use my watch. Nothing works. NOTHING. There is still a white screen. I also check in the app if its still counting everything and since today there is no data of sleep, steps, 0 activity, nothing. It seemed to work till tomorrow but it's useless now, I will contact the seller to claim it. 4 days of no change is too much for me.
