Hi, @HLC12 , the short answer to your question is that for Fitbit the “fat burn zone” is 50-69% of your calculated maximum heart rate (calculated by the formula 220-your age).
You can see what this means for you by checking your app. From the opening screen of your app click on the small gear icon top right to go to the settings screen. On the settings screen scroll down to find “heart rate” and then choose “heart rate zones”. There you will see what levels of heart rate fall into which zone. (The Fat Burn Zone is called “Moderate” on some devices, because ‘fat burn’ is a bit of a misleading name - you will burn fat in all exercise zones.)
The longer answer is that Fitbit now personalizes your heart rate zones based on your heart rate “reserve”, which is the difference between your maximum heart rate and your resting heart rate. Why this is important is although your maximum heart rate is for the most part based on your age, your resting heart rate varies depending on your fitness level, so while you can’t really change your maximum heart rate, you can change your heart rate reserve. So as you become fitter, your fat burn / moderate zone may show slightly different numbers.

@HLC12 Fitbit uses CDC and WHO physical activity recommendations. Fat burn and cardio zones were replaced with moderate and vigorous activity zones.
Fat burn zone is used in other training methods. But Fitbit no longer uses it.
