  • I finally updated my fitbit a few days ago. Yesterday it started shutting off randomly. So I reset it both ways. Now it won't turn on without being connected to the charger. My battery life was perfect before the update. I had absolutely no problems except not being able to set weekly alarms. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

Called support they said there was nothing that they could do for me. Meanwhile I had NO PROBLEMS before the update. Now I have a watch that I can't use. That i used to use daily.
