Thank you for your patience as you waited for the firmware update.

This update includes key fixes for battery and display issues, along with new clock faces for Charge 6.

Please keep an eye on the Fitbit mobile app for the update notification as it continues to become available to all users, beginning this week.

Thank you for your continued support and patience!

Hello @tcat007

Following up with you.

Did your sleep graph & data finally show up? I was also having issues with syncing and sleep data on the same day. My sleep graph finally showed up later in the day when I was able to sync.

Since receiving the update notification my fitbit charge 6 screen keeps glitches out. I just updated it to see if it fixed the issue but it hasnt. Also battery went from 89 to 12% withing 30 minutes. It typically goes a week or longer on a full battery let alone 89%. My issue is my screen goes white to a yellow/green and some times looks like an old cable TV when the antenna stops receiving.

Try rebooting with button on the charging cable. Mine is still giving me 9 days between charges.

I don't have any data according to Fitbit I don't even have a phone I can't use Bluetooth to pair the charge 6 I can't do anything I can't even find out how I slept last night I'm so freaking pissed off I'm tired of spending money - for nothing. Then it says you have to move your account to Google I was already on Google! I have a Google account! In fact I'm signed in on Google I need account I bought the Fitbit better charge 6 with I got a premium membership and it's just a waste of freaking money. Now Troubleshooting says "move to"  "click" ° move to but I don't have a "move to"  to click onto. What's the point of having a health app if it doesn't work and all it's doing is raising my freaking blood pressure.

There was a notification in the App - go into the app and click on the little phone icon (with battery %) on the top left.  Then it told me there that there was an update - so there isn't an actual pop up notification - you have to go and find it.  Click on it then you have to accept T&Cs then keep your phone and Fitbit close while its updating.  It said it would take 10 minutes but it only took a couple of mins. It does suggest you hav ethe FitBit on charge while the update is going through - I guess thisis so it doesn't run out half way though and screw up the update.  Hope that helps.

That's my problem Fitbit doesn't recognize my charge 6, or my phone there is no % anymore, I woke up like that when I went to bed the night before everything was fine I wake up the next morning and suddenly I have no phone, there's no sleep data, I have no heartbeat and there's a a cross going through My phone.  I'm trying it right now on my friend's iPhone, I uninstalled Fitbit from my phone, before I did that I disconnected my phone device I removed everything from the cache except the Bluetooth they won't let me empty cache, and remove everything.  I logged onto their iPhone with my user account from Google, and I installed Fitbit on a totally different device, set up their phone, and it still doesn't recognize the charge 6 with Their Bluetooth, and it's never been set up on that phone number either. I've only had this charge six for two lousy months. Truthfully I'm just about to throw the **ahem** thing away and I'm glad I haven't spent one dime on that premium membership yet, I'm just going to cancel it I'm done with this. So I can't get the firmer update wherever it might be and I could just get a link outside of the Fitbit app to this firmer update and I'm just so frustrated right now I I am about to throw this stomp on it and just call it a freaking day.

That's exactly what I did... It was over 50% charged but I plugged it in anyway, as I always do for updates. Sadly this update still stuffed up my battery life 😥

I have had screen touch and screen wake issues since 220.31 was released.. I did not realize that there was a firmware update, but the timeline seems to indicate that the update is giving me grief... The screen touch sensitivity is waaaay to sensitive, and goes nuts while I am working out and sweaty... I like the watch to awaken via the side button... I set that feature up now... and a little while later it reverts to motion activation.... That is no bueno.... I backpack and my arms can be all over the place.. The watch is constantly on now.... I did call support today, but I have not been emailed my support ticket info yet... I think the operator was trying to tell me that this is a known bug? It really runs the battery down... Can you shed any light on the issue? If I could convert to an earlier firmware... I would be happier.

Once I updated my Charge 6 to 220.31, the battery runs out within 2 to 2.5 days. I can no longer go away for even a weekend and not need to charge it. Twice now, it has registered a CRITICAL warning in bright red. Not a great greeting upon waking. The device contacts are clean. I use the approved charge cable. I don't swim, rock climb, or leave my device out in 14F winter weather nor 96F summer.

This update was supposed to FIX bugs, not create worse ones. I have had to shut down all but the barest options (steps, stairs, heart) to try to keep the thing useful. no GPS, no music, no frills. What in the world did programmers do that would destroy this lovely device I had planned on using for many many years. People who just bought there's a short while ago may not realize that Fitbits used to last quite a long time on a single charge. Now, I have waited months for an update to FIX this 220.31 update. It is not fair to buy out Fitbit, then destroy their product. I do hope someone gets on a fix before I have to ditch my Charge 6 for a more reliable company product.

I don't have GPS turned on. My Charge 6 battery dies within 2-2.5 days. Even with all the cool features ditched.

I don't use gps, and have gotten 9 days every charge cycle since purchased. I'm using Sans watch face, sometimes the face can mess up battery.  I use it mainly for steps/miles, and sleep tracking. I only take it off for showers. On a Pixel phone for syncing.

The new momentum watch face is nice, but battery life after the update is a complete mess. Not sure if it's discharging too fast or battery management overall is bricked, but my Charge 6 went from 5-6 days per charge to barely a day.

The battery level is now so inconsistent, it might as well be random - 60% to 20% in an hour, stuck at 70% for a day then critical, 95% while on charger then 80% immediately after taken off. Same with charging - no change after 2 hours on the charger, then suddenly flips to 100%.

The device will shut down if using the internal GPS, regardless of charge level. But once charging, the battery level shows normal. Occasionally this even happens with no workout tracked, just at random.

Charging the device every day kind of defeats the purpose for me. I would absolutely roll back this update if I could.

@adidenko This is exactly what is happening to me. I don't even feel certain purchasing a new device would solve it. Super frustrating.
