Did you mean:

First night, zero deep sleep.

ANSWERED

So just curious is there any way to get more deep sleep or is one night not enough. I take zquill I was curious is this might disrupt my deep sleep..

I only got 5 min of deep sleep last night most of my sleep was light I just don't know how serious this thing is about recording my sleep and if anyone has any suggestions on how to improve deep sleep.

That being said is this accordingly recording my sleep or maybe it's just wrong?

Hello @Xxsicknessxx and welcome to the Community.  One night of tracking definitely isn't enough.  I tend to sleep very well, but every now and then I get very little deep sleep and sometimes no deep sleep at all.  You will need 30 days of data to get your average sleep breakdown.

As for the Zzzquill, there are a couple different kinds of Zzzquill, with different active medicines.  Here is a page from the Sleep Foundation.  It doesn't name Zzzquill by name, but there is one kind of Zzzquill that uses the same medicine as Benadryl.  It can affect sleep quality.

Hi @Xxsicknessxx - I've noticed a difference in my deep sleep when I take sleeping medications as well so I would guess it's completely normal.
