Fitbit Charge 6 Black Screen

My Fitbit Charge 6 is nog responding to anything and has a black screen. I've tried resetting it, then it shows the Fitbit Logo but nothing else happens after. Pressing the button on the side doesn't work either (the Fitbit Logo doesn't show when I do this at all). I've disconnected the Fitbit from my phone as instructed and tried to connect it again, my phone can find it but I can't see the 4 digit code to connect it, as the screen stays black. What else can I try?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @RickDarp. Thanks for letting us know that your Charge 6 screen is also black. 

If you also disconnected the Fitbit from your phone please contact our team too.

Hello @RickDarp 

When you click on the link for Support, you complete the prompts in Step 1, then tap Continue for Step 2. This will take you to Step 3 which will give you the contact options, including calling.
