i am an android user in Canada. my current firmware is 66.20001.214.24
it's my understanding that there's a new update (220.21) but i hasn't shown up yet.
is the problem my phone? my watch? my country? or is it not out yet?

@Jad.B these updates are rolled out slowly in waves. We don't all get them at the same time and there's no way to get it to come to you sooner. The only thing to do is to be patient and keep checking to see if it's available yet.
