I just bought a Fitbit Charge 6 last week. Last night, the Fitbit didn’t reset to 0 steps at Midnight so it’s counting all of the steps from yesterday. I’ve already tried to reboot my iPhone, I’ve reset the Fit bit via the device, I’ve reset the device by the button on the charging cable. Nothing is working to getting it reset. Do I have to send this back?

Are you still having issues with your Charge 6 not resetting at midnight?
Did the Fitbit app show the steps carried over from the previous day?
If so, there's one other option to try which is erasing user data (aka factory data reset). This will remove all the tracked data on your Charge 6. If you want to try this option, this page has the instructions on how to erase the Charge 6 (<-- click link). Since this will delete all tracked data on the device, make sure sync your Charge 6 before erasing the data.
