My Fitbit Charge 6 screen is cracked. I am looking for a screen replacement through the company, as it is still under warranty. If I had enough technical education, I would attempt to repair it myself. I am unsure how to approach customer care. Could you please assist me?

The device is not designed to be repaired.
You can try contacting Support to see what options are available to you.

Hi @murshad23   User posts say that cracked screens aren't covered by the warranty.  They are wear and tear events.  Contact Support using @gdio53 's link.  You might get a discount on another device.

Joe's Gaming and Electronics sells repair parts (this is a US site), but you still need the expertise and additional tools to repair it yourself.
