Hi, I've just got the new charge 6 for nearly 3 weeks now. Previously I had charge 2 and 4. It's a nice upgrade from 4 however the bluetooth connectivity is horrendous! Once a week I get a message to "Forget This Device" from the bluetooth list and pair it again with my iPhone (12 mini). This is such an inconvenience and I never had this issue with my charge 2 and 4. Is there any software update to resolve this issue? Thanks

Two iPhones, same issue AFTER latest Fitbit update! iPhone SE3 and iPhone 8+ all up-to-date, restarted, re-paired, everything, to NO AVAIL. This seems so typical since Google took over Fitbit. They know there are issues, that are sometimes years old, and there is never a response. We just sent to iPhone 8+ in and we'll see what happens. They said if they do repairs, WE have to pay for it! Still under warranty, why do we have to pay for it? The iPhone 8+ went from the connectivity icon to a black screen. The SE3 Fitbit connectivity icon up top is gone, IF the Fitbit app is open. Once I close the app, the connectivity icon reappears up top. Have to reconnect the phone several times a day. SO FRUSTRATING! Apple Watch seems better and better every day after we update our phones to 16 Pro Max next month. Fitbit/Google just don't care...sadly.

Why bother? It’s 18 months or so since the moderator’s post. They know of the problem, and have refused or are incapable of coming up with solutions…
Can we bring back the charge 5?
