Fitbit Charge 6 not charging

Bought my boyfriend a Fitbit charge 6 for Christmas.  Fitbit has been dying overnight, even though prior to bed it is fully charged.  Today he woke up and the device will not even charge.

Mine is totally dead too. Called the company. Went through procedures. They are sending an replacement. Called them about yours. They didn't hassel me.

Charge 6 not 12 hours old totally dead. It replaced a charge 5 that locked up and died. I have an unlimited Currys three warranty. They are going to get fed up seeing me!
