Is it really true, charge 6 does not count fliirs?

No no, it is not the zone minutes - it actually has an assigned place to count floors, it just doesn't do it. Interestingly, Charge 3 was capable to do it, Charge 6 is not.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I understand how useful it was to track floors data and I'm sorry this isn't possible with the Charge 6. Every feedback shared by our members is always taken into consideration to work and improve our devices, and I'm sure yours won't be the exception.

@amheyman You're welcome. I'm glad you sorted this out and thanks to you for the clarification.

@lynn.pomprowitz and @tunB As it was mentioned before, the floors tile is available so you can check the previous data recorded. However, you'll only see new data as long as you're using a supported Fitbit device. I'd recommend checking this help article to confirm what data is recorded by your Charge 6.
