I have only had my Charge 6 for 10 days. Yesterday and today after doing my walk the km’s did not track for the rest of the day. It had been tracking perfectly up until yesterday. I haven’t made any changes on either my watch or the app, this has just happened out of the blue. I’ve gone through the app and watch settings and I can’t see anything that could have caused this. Please help.

Hello @Mandy1962
There is currently a known bug for several Fitbit devices that impacts distance tracking. The team is aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
One user doing troubleshooting discovered that they saw distance tracking when they disabled automatic stride length and manually set their stride length in the Fitbit app. If you want to try this workaround, this page has the instructions on how to manually set your stride length (<-- click link).
Although this workaround has worked for many users, some users have reported that it didn't work for them.

Hi, @Mandy1962 , have you checked to make sure that the Fitbit has synced to your app? To check this open your app and click on the small icon top left of the Today screen (smartphone and watch) then click on the picture of your device. It will indicate the time/date of last sync. To force a sync click on “sync now”. Sometimes you can help force a sync if it isn’t syncing immediately by giving the device a restart . If that doesn’t force a sync try logging out of the app and logging back in. You won’t lose any data, but do be sure to log in using the same email address and password that you used to set up your device. If you continue to be unable to sync please carefully work through the steps recommended in this help article .
Hopefully your steps and distance will update once the device has synced.

Is syncing ok, but from other replies to my question it appears to be a known bug. Thanks anyway for taking the time to answer my question.
