Fitbit screen just coloured lines

Just got my Fitbit Charge 6 yesterday. It Is fully charged and was working today. Now it has come up with just coloured lines across the face of the watch and I can’t read it at all. If I swipe up or down all the lines change. It’s as though the display has died or something!!

Hi @th6150.

Have you tried restarting your Charge 6 by following the steps below? If that doesn't work then I would say it is a hardware issue. In that case you would need to contact customer support (here).

Thanks. Yes tried that but it  didn’t help. Will contact support when they open this morning.

This happened to mine as well this morning a call to support said I needed to return and then they said mine wasn’t covered under warranty because I bought it on Amazon so best of luck to y’all.

Hey what I ended up doing (now this was back in November so it’s a little foggy) but I was able to get on the app on my phone and uninstalled like everything. Change the clock back to the original one (I had changed it to a pretty one) and then reset it, left it to charge over night, woke up, reset it again, reinstalled what I wanted, reset again, and then it was fine. And I haven’t had a problem since. I actually forgot I had this problem.

Seriously??? I suppose if you go back to Amazon they then say the same thing. Nice racket 👎
