Food error : What is going on??!!

When are you going to fix this issue Fitbit?! I’m paying for premium and still can’t log food? And YES - I’ve tried absolutely everything!

It's a known issue for both Android and IOS users and they are working on a fix.

In effect, Android and IOS users are being affected. Thanks @gdio53 for your contribution.

I appreciate you have brought this issue to our attention, it looks like it's an ongoing issue and it has already been escalated, we'll provide you with a fix as soon as it's available.

In the meantime, make sure you are running the latest version of the fitbit app. See How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app? for instructions.

In addition you can try force quitting the app and launching it again if you haven't done so. Finally you may try shifting the network source to mobile data instead of Wifi if applies.
