The food search is working again, at least for the USA, so thanks for the help!!! Unfortunately, the custom food entry option now has a glitch- no unit for the quantity of food can be selected. There is a grayed-out drop-down icon that appears at the right place when clicking there, but no units (e.g., g, oz, piece, mL) are present even in gray out format. Please get this back into working order for those of us who make our own food, or buy a composition that has changed since the UPC was first assigned to the product. Until a unit can be selected, the new entry can not be saved, even locally (wasted time typing everything else in).
