Hi everyone,
I am having some trouble with the Google Maps integration on my Fitbit Charge 6.
While the turn-by-turn directions show up correctly on the tracker's display, the device does not vibrate and the screen does not wake up automatically when a new turn or instruction is approaching. This makes it very difficult and unsafe to use while driving, as I have to manually tap the screen or rotate my wrist constantly to see the next move.
Here is what I have checked so far:
Do Not Disturb / Sleep Mode: Both are turned OFF on the tracker.
Permissions: Google Maps has notification and location permissions active on my phone.
App Settings: Navigation is enabled within the Google Maps section of the Fitbit app.
Vibration: Set to "Strong" in the tracker settings.
Goal: I want the Charge 6 to vibrate and the display to light up automatically every time there is a new direction/turn, just like a standard notification.
Is there a specific setting I’m missing to enable haptic feedback and "auto-wake" specifically for Maps navigation?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, @Xilofono , while the Charge 6 map notifications are designed to work on your wrist and to complement the instructions on your phone there is always a possibility of delayed or interrupted connection or movements following on rapidly upon each other superseding earlier alerts and messages.
For best results I would recommend using your Charge 6 notifications always in conjunction with phone notifications with Google Maps open on the phone. This will reduce (but not necessarily remove) the number of times that you need to glance at your phone for confirmation of your next move.
