Has the Charge improved?

Dear Fitbit, I left Fitbit after 11 years of service and 8 Fitbits, because the trackers kept dying after less than 18 months.  I am a very happy Garmin customer now.  But, a friend who was asking for tracker recommendations asked if I'd ever go back to Fitbit.  I said I would find out if the life of the Charge 5 or 6 had improved and importantly whether their customer service had improved........What are your experiences?

I got my first fitbit a charge 6 3 weeks ago. The GPS does not work correctly a known fault. Its bit glitchy the temperature thing has never worked. The sleep tracking is more accurate than my huawei band and meant to be much better than Garmin too. I bought mine mainly for sleep tracking short of an apple watch or whoop fitbit is the best at reasonable price. For price and reliability I think the huawei that lasted 4 years with out fault. It still works but huawei was restricted here in the UK so when changed my phone moved away from huawei and the health app is not in google app here anymore so had to change. My only slight regret is I think the cheapest fitbit the inspire 3 is probably a better deal
