Same old problem. The old Versa I used failed to show the heart rate, even after recharge/delete and install/restart. It was only one year after buying it. This time is even worse. After 6months the heart rate sensor fails to detect my heart rate. Disappointing brand.

The heart rate setting the the watch is ON.
But there is only red light at the back of watch, no green flashing. And the screen was working properly, I keep flipping the watch and the screen still won't turn on.

Versa may be red, I forget. But it should not stay on long after you take the watch off. If it stays on, power cycle the watch.
May be misunderstanding here but if you WANT the screen to turn on if you flip your wrist - watch/settings/display/change from manual to auto. (may be different for the Versa - mine is missing so I can't check.)(may be in app)

Hello @yennis
I take it that you're using a Charge 6 and not your Versa.
If you don't see a green light (optical heart rate sensor) flashing on the back of your Charge 6 and confirmed that Heart rate is turned on in the Settings of your Charge 6, you should contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompts in Step 1, tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the options for contact.
Support will likely have you do the same troubleshooting that you've tried. If they determine that you have a defective device, they will let you know what are your options under warranty.
