Charge 6 heart rate randomly drops while resting

So sometimes when I’m just sitting down resting, and I check my charge 6 to see my heart rate.. and it shows about 30bpm below my resting heart rate? Fairly dangerously low.. I’ve tried immediately doing an ecg and my heart rate on the ecg is usually normal - any ideas why this might be? Has anyone else experienced this? I used to have an inspire HR and my heart rate never dipped that low in my 3 years of owning it.

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 6? That's usually the first troubleshooting step to try. If you would like instructions, see page 53 in the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link).
