The battery on my charge 6 first started draining because Google Wallet kept disconnecting from the phone. Now the battery just depletes. It doesn’t last more than a few hours. I have left the app open, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and on, turned the device off and on using both the option on the Fitbit and restarting by using the charger. As a last resort, I factory reset the device. Restarting the device causes the battery to sharply drain i. e., going from 50% to 4%. GPS is phone only. Screen wake is set to manual. None of the steps to “fix” this work.
Update: since factory resetting my device, it keeps asking to pair with my phone while battery drains. I give up.
