My high and low heart rate notifications are not showing on the app. What had changed? Is Charge 6 not supporting this feature?

Welcome to the forums @Mikeroscopes.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the app.

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing difficulty. Please try these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

I have done that many times since I went from Charge 5 to Charge 6 back in 2023.

Hi @Mikeroscopes

Thank you for participating in the community.

Low/High Heart Rate Notifications are different than Irregular Rhythm notifications (aFib) so you won't see these notifications in your Irregular Rhythm Notification history view. For more details you can view this article: https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236719.
