How do I export Charge 6 GPS data?

Hello,

I am in need of GPS data using Charger 6 but I am getting it by downloading the TCX file. There is nothing in the file and I can not see the maps (like other devices). Can anyone give me a way to get the GPS data (timestamp, location/long-alt)??

Make sure the GPS for activity is on and the GPS is connected. No data in TCX file means there was no GPS connection.

Location service is on, and GPS is connected (I have used it for navigation). But I am actually new and not understanding the TCX file. Can you suggest any other way to export the data? I can see heart rate, sleep, and other data when I am exporting. Is there any other file for that?

Make sure it's on the Charge 6 in walk/run or any other activity settings. Navigation doesn't use the tracker's GPS capability but Google Maps on your phone (different thing, not related). However, if you try to get TCX from the activity you tracked with the use of navigation then this isn't supported.
