How do I get correct time?

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry and for confirming that you got it solved.

Remember that the time and date should be automatically updated once you sync with the Fitbit app on your phone. Your Charge 6 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or if it has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're using to sync your data.
