Please can someone tell me how to set up ecg? On my fitbit it says ‘set up on phone, got to fitbit app, and go to the discover tab. Find assessments and reports’ then it says ‘can’t find phone’
I have no idea where the ‘discover’ tab is and have never seen ‘assessments and reports’ I do wish they hadn’t changed all the layout.
can someone help?
everything else seems to be working okay although I do keep getting a message on my phone saying unable to access some apps.

I had same problem as author and was about to take device back to shop for refund. After a lot of wasted time trying many fixes posted online I have managed to get the app to connect with device. Think what I did was to go into google menu and I noticed even though my location was set to Australia the 'auto select location ' option was not switched on, I switched it to auto and that seems to have fixed problem.. good luck.
Hi there! I hope you do see this comment. I got my Fitbit Charge 6 recently, and the ECG app is nowhere to be found. It doesn't show up on the Gallery - Apps and it's not on my Fitbit either. Please help 😕

Best AnswerWhen I do all that after uninstalling and installing the ECG app, when I try to use it on my wrist I get the message “ Error, please reopen the application”
