I am not receiving the prompt to walk at 10 minutes to the hour. Should I reboot? How do I do this?

Hello @Jennysfer
When this happens to me, I turn off the reminder notifications, do a manual sync, turn the reminders back on, do another manual sync, and restart my device.
This help page (<-- click) has the instructions on how to restart your Charge 6.
You could try just restarting your Charge 6 to see if it will give you the hourly reminder notification. Sometimes, that's enough to get the notifications again. If you don't get the notification, then try turning the reminders off, then on like I described.

I reset the charge 6, and the prompt to walk worked one time, now nothing. I have tried the restart again a few times and also walked through the resynch process with Turning notifications on and off, and still nothing. Really strange that it worked one time.
