I have an iPhone and installed the latest version of the fitbit app on my phone and updated the firmware on my Charge 6 to the latest ..
I am trying to enable the Irregular Rhythm Notifications in the Health Assessments Tile .. I click "Set up"
It opens Irregular rhythm notifications and I click "Get started"
It opens the "Verify Eligibilty" screen but the Next button is greyed out and I cannot click it to enable them.
Seems to be a bug but I want to see if there is any way to get this to work properly ?
I am in the United States ..
Thanks for all comments in advance !

According to this article , age MAY play a part in this: if you're under 22 years old, you can't have access to that feature.

I just spent 45 minutes on Chat as I have the same problem and no solution. My birthdate clearly indicates I'm WELL over 22 years. I'm in Canada.

I’m having same problem. Next button is grayed out so unable to set it up. I’ve been working on it for two days, researching and retrying and still unable to get it set up. Very frustrating.

I tried one more time today and discovered that all I needed to do was scroll up on the set up screen near the date of birth. This allowed me to enter my DOB, answer the required question and then move on to the next screen. The function is now set up and working!

I have my dob entered and I am way over the age of 22 but still the next button is grayed out. You state there is a required question after you entered your dob which I do not have. Do you have the Premium plan?

I didn’t request a premium plan but might be on a free trial period. When I scrolled on the screen for this function, I entered my DOB and then answered “no” to being diagnosed with AFIB. It then let me go to the next screen.
