Incoming call notification not received on Charge 4

I have a fitbit charge 6 just a couple pf weeks old but cannot received notifications of calls & texts. Tried everything. Do i need to get a replacement. Any help would be apprecited.

Thank you for taking the time to share the difficulties that you are experiencing with your Charge 6 and for trying to fix it on your own.

Please, confirm that you have followed all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem. 

Also, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode, won't be able to receive notifications.

Disconnecting my device from the app, and setting it up as a new device solved it!
