I have a new Charge 6. The Irregular Heart Rate Monitor set up is not working. Anytime I try to set it up the screen greys out and the app freezes. I have to shut it down and re-enter. I have contacted customer support and tried all of their suggestions - update phone/apps uninstall/ reinstall. Nothing has worked. I bought this tracker purely for this feature. Has anyone had any success fixing this issue? It's clearly a known bug it seems!
It appears to me this is a common issue going on for more than a month now. Supposedly, the app update will fix it. There has not been one yet, so, all we can do is wait and see.
