Just setting up my new Charge 6 and have hit a brick wall. I changed from Fitbit to Google but now find I cannot set up my RBS Mastercard Debit card on Google Wallet. It’s possible I’m missing something but I don’t think so. I get as far as putting in the card details then I’m asked to either (1) call my bank or (2) enter a code. When I call my bank, it’s just an automated message saying it’s no longer in use anc to try their help pages. There’s no code anywhere (checked banking app too). Is is the case that my RBS card is incompatible? Surely not, it’s a major bank! Any help appreciated.

@SunsetRunner I recommend you contact RBS and urge them to update their card support.

@SunsetRunner Here is the link to banks that support Google Wallet on Fitbit. Participation in Google Wallet for Fitbit is different from Google Pay on your phone. The Royal Bank of Scotland looks like it supports Visa, but not Mastercard.

Seems unfair. RBS changed over everyone’s debit cards to Mastercard from Visa at least a year ago. Thanks though for your helpful reply.
