Lost Fitbit when swimming

I went swimming in a lake today and when I got back on the boat, it was no longer on my wrist. This is very disappointing because I have had The Fitbit charge six for about a month now, and was loving all the features that had to offer. The watch itself is great, but the band unconnected so many times and it was annoying. I hope Fitbit will do something to make it right, it’s very disappointing, especially because I spent about $150 on the Fitbit charge six.
