Everyday for the past 4 days I get an error message in App saying ‘Lost Bluetooth Pairing’. The fix is to go to Bluetooth, forget device and go back to App where it then connects.
I have been in touch with Live Chat everyday trying to resolve but the issue is persists. Anyone else having problems?

issue has got worse - charge 6 now not connecting at all with Bluetooth and cannot be found by phone, even with the fixes they have given.

Best AnswerMy fitbit versa 4 suddenly became unpaired from bluetooth. I cant get it back. I am now at Best Buy Geek Squad. If they can help i will publish what they did. Based on all these comments i am thinking fitbit is crap.
