‘Lost bluetooth Pairing’

Everyday for the past 4 days I get an error message in App saying ‘Lost Bluetooth Pairing’. The fix is to go to Bluetooth, forget device and go back to App where it then connects. 
I have been in touch with Live Chat everyday trying to resolve but the issue is persists. Anyone else having problems?

Just happened to me! I forgot the device as you say but now I can’t get it back!

It’s now a week and still not resolved. I am waiting on senior advisor to come back to me in next 48 hours.

issue has got worse - charge 6 now not connecting at all with Bluetooth and cannot be found by phone, even with the fixes they have given.

The fixes  have stopped working for me too. 
They have escalated and said someone will be in touch via email in next 48 hours. I will keep you posted.

Update: They were unable to fix the problem. They gave me a replacement. 
If this happens again with new device I will look for a refund.

I’m having the same issue it started yesterday. My charge five used to do this ever so often I would lose all of my information for at least two days when it reconnected.
