Oh good, it's not just me! I was wondering why my sleep got deleted

Did this work? I have the same problem - no sleep data synced as of this morning, and scrolling back I have no sleep data at all for any previous day.
I have logged in and out of the app, logged out and deleted the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app. Have also tried deleting the Charge 6 from my app profile, restarting my phone and adding it in again. No historical sleep data. WTF?! Can you advise a solution?

My Google Pixel Watch 3 sometimes doesn't track my sleep or even it tracks it just disappears / changes randomly. I usually wake up during night or nap during day, may be connected to this issue. Anyone having same issues? What to do to solve?

Between June 23, 2025 and August 6, 2025, I have 18 days where I can see my sleep timeline (the graph with my time awake, time asleep, and time restless). All the other days in this 45 day period, I just see my bedtime and wake up time and total time slept without the more detailed sleep timeline. So my Fitbit is only displaying the sleep timeline 40% of the time. Some days, there is an ad on the sleep screen to encourage me to subscribe to Fitbit Premium for more sleep details, guided meditation, etc. So is the seemingly random disappearance of my sleep timeline on most days a ploy by Google to get me to subscribe to Fitbit Premium? Or is it a bug in the app or a problem with my Fitbit Flex 2?
I have tried uninstalling the Fitbit app, forgetting the Bluetooth device pairing on my iPhone, then reinstalling everything. I have tried this with a couple of different Flex 2 devices as I have several. I have tried pressing the physical reset button on the Flex 2 device charger.
Note that the Flex 2 doesn’t measure heart rate or anything fancy, just movement, so I’m not expecting anything super detailed with my sleep timeline. But I do value the time awake and time restless information that used to be available every night. This information also helps me adjust the bedtime or wake up time if needed because sometimes I know it isn’t accurate at all. I play with the bedtime or wake up time if I know it’s way off until I see the point on the sleep timeline when I was definitely wide awake and moving around. I can no longer do this adjustment without the aid of the sleep timeline graph that is missing on most days.
By the way, I have no sleep timeline graphs showing up prior to June 23, 2025. But to be honest, I don’t know if this is a new behavior or not as when the sleep timeline was appearing daily, I never went that far back in my history to check past sleep timelines. I believe this irregular behavior with the sleep timelines I am experiencing started sometime in May 2025. I have sent feedback to Google on this issue through the iOS app a couple of times over the past months. My step tracking and automatic exercise tracking still seem accurate so I don’t think it’s a problem with my Flex 2 not detecting movement properly. And I keep my iPhone 13 and its apps up to date with automatic updates.
Why am I hanging onto my old Flex 2? Because I don’t want a screen on my fitness tracker and I want something small because I also wear a traditional watch.

Mine started doing that yesterday too.... there must be a fault at Fitbit with an update required or something
and then a few seconds later same screen

Mine started yesterday too. Perhaps you need to look in to this. Screen first
and a few seconds later
Please give us an answer as definitely not working correctly and the person tried your fix and it did nothing. My heart rate tracker is working fine btw clocked my earlier workout no issues

I've had my charge 6 for 2.5 weeks without problem, but last night my sleep data was not recorded - everything was
I tried everything, manual sync, restart and update iPhone and fitbit app, reinstall fitbit app, unpair and repair, turn off bluetooth, but nothing.
My sleep tracking is on and it is set to sensitive.
My watch is as it always is, nice and firm but not too tigh
Scrolling back through my sleep data history and now its all gone - saying no data available when it was before last night!!!
What do I do! Everything else is working fine

When you look at your sleep data change to week view. My data appears there but not in the day view.
Old data previously recorded also disappeared.
Think there is a wider issue but no one from Fitbit seems to to respond to these threads.

Own Inspiire 2, I noticed that manually logging sleep changed several months ago. I save and it goes in circles, I can’t get out of manually record sleep, unless I close the app.
plus I have to hit start sleep twice. It would help if the end sleep button turns red.
I can never figure how to contact a support person, it’s just take me to these forums, which never offers a solution.
I just just get an Apple Watch!

my sleep day is back at 9 pm. It was missing at 11 am. So possibly took some time for the server to sync with the app? so after switching to logging in with Google account I’m not sure if I had to do anything and just wait 12 hours or whether all of the resets I did were needed

Fabulous you fixed it... now it has disabled the SPO2 add on. Is this normal? Do I need to re download the SPO2 app?

Hi @Timelady99. I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. Sleep tracking doesn't require Premium. Fitbit recently updated it sleep algorithm. Many users, including me, are having issues with this. I don't know if your issue is specific to the PW or this new algorithm. I hope another PW user can help you.

Hello @edheim
If you were looking for the dashboard on the fitbit.com website, the dashboard was retired about a year ago.
