Hi,
I'm trying to set up Google Maps on my Charge 6. It's on the device but it won't connect, tried lots of things.
However I also noticed that the Google Maps tile is missing in the Fitbit app. I have added a screenshot to show this.
Is this a known issue and do others see the tile?

If you see the Google Maps tile on your device, it sounds like it's already installed. To use Google Maps on your device, you need to start from your phone. Page 52 of the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link and go to page 52) has instructions on how to use Google Maps on the Charge 6.
I believe the Google Maps app is listed under Gallery -> Apps, similar to the ECG app.

I don't see the Google maps tile. The app is installed and it's on the charge 6. But it doesn't work, it just says cannot connect.
I'm guessing it's because the tile isn't showing and it's not setup?

There are no setup options when installing the Google maps app on Fitbit. It just installs and then when I have it open on the charge 6 and try to connect, it just says it cannot connect. I have the android Google maps open at the time.

I believe I had similar problem and wanted to share what I found with other users.
I was trying to set up new FITBIT Charge 6 and use Google Maps on Android phone. Despite my effort and various steps there was only a message on it that it can't connect. After two hours it turned out that I must change application language to English on my phone for Google Maps because Polish is not supported by Charge 6. And that's it.
Hope this will help others to save a few hours.

I have the same issue as you. My husband and I both got our watches today, and his is working as intended and has the tile visible while I do not. Still looking for answers. Moreover, I double checked my language in maps, and it is set to English (US).

I just deleted the app and reinstalled. The tile is now there. Good luck with a fix--if you haven't already.

This is very strange since Fitbit is officially sold in Poland
