I have restarted 12 times. Charged for 6 hours trying to update my charge 6. Everytime there is an update my tracker becomes unresponsive until software updates. A usless piece of junk until by some miracle it updates finally. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Thanks for letting me know this situation in regards to your Charge 6 and with its update.
Can you confirm if this happens whenever you are updating the Charge 6 or before you start the update? I just need all the details so I can check it further. Also, you can check here about how to update it efficiently, probably you know already but a double check it is worth.

When it tries to update the logo and status bar appears. Then it looks like it goes to 100% then screen goes blank and the app says update failed.
