This afternoon I was cooking tea I attempted to use my tracker timer but screen wouldn’t respond.? Everything else is working linked to phone ok, steps still counting. I first attempted force restart still didn’t work. I had nothing to lose so updated firmware still don’t work. Last I attempted to swap clock faces that didn’t work So I contacted google as the tracker is only 10 months old and they ask me to remove device and add new device all that worked but still didn’t get the screen working. Now I must send the pebble back using DHL express and wait 10 days to see if this failure is covered by the warranty.😠 I swim 3x a week plus walk 6-8 miles each day and not one charge tracker have made it pass the first year. I had high expectations as this charge 6 was under the google design but the screen have failed😠. Plus iv had nothing but complete chaos with the delivery services sending replacements to the wrong addresse. If this google charge 6 isn’t replaced under warranty I will delete app and look for a company that are designing health devices that can last a reasonable amount of time under active lifestyle everything I have said can be checked in my account. 7 years of loyalty accounts for very little these days. Just wish governments healthcare systems would provide these devices for the good of it’s population not pure profits.!!!!

If water damage shouldn’t there be screen issues.? The screen is bright and clear. Just the touch sensitivity doesn’t work. I can’t reset the tracker because the touch screen just doesn’t respond so can’t select settings on tracker. Will be sending it back to google tomorrow.

This afternoon the screen have shown a light blue colour on the bottom half of the screen So definitely a faulty screen. It’s on the way back to google now. Should be covered under warranty only around 10 months old. Google could clearly see it’s used 24/7 so they need to improve screen build/design.

Google have replaced my 10 month old faulty charge 6 credit to google for standing by their warranty cover. On its way to me now. Still have doubts about the delivery service because in the past other devices have been sent to wrong address plus iv also had emails claiming no one was home when I was home and waiting for replacement. My old charge 5 have been a good stand in but the charge 6 is a great upgrade over charge 5. Just hope this refurbished charge 6 can handle my weekly activities.!!!
