1. Had allergy from your bracelet and found that many has. Bought another not original.
2. Removing real-time heart rate is sign that devs don't use their own product.
Now it's almost useless for me, never will use Fitbit again if next update will not renew real-time heart rate.

Hello @Janisozo
When you had the reaction to the strap, did you contact Support?
Are you talking about real-time heart rate on the Charge 6 device or in the Fitbit app? The Charge 6 tracks real-time heart rate on the device's display.

Yes, I am talking about realtime heart rate in phone app. It stopped working after last update and in another thread to someone else support said it's developer choice so that is does not need continuous sync and battery lasted longer. But I can handle my battery level myself - I need real-time days on phone screen because I and doing ellipticals training too 90+% max heart rate and my hands are not free - I need to see it in front of me. And if developers read this - just creat separate panel for real-time heart rate with large numbers on whole screen and recent history graph below. Just build usable product!
About reaction - when I found that many had allergic reactions I had just easier to order leather one from Aliexpress for 5 USD.
