New to Fitbit - I have a Charge 6 What To Know?

Today my charge 6 was delivered. I ended up getting it for free with a credit that I had with the Google store.

I have all of the permissions basically turned off as I don't want to use it as an extension of my phone. I think I had to keep location on for the Fitbit to work properly.

I'm curious if there's anything I should know to set up or just leave it how it sets up by default?
