Hello @Wexf

I saw your other post where you mentioned that uninstalling & reinstalling the Fitbit app fixed your Cardio Target Load issue.

Please let us know if there's any other help that you need.

Hello @Wexf

How long have you been using your Charge 6? The Cardio Load algorithm needs several days worth of data to determine your cardio target load.

My apologies if you've already reviewed the information on this page: What are cardio load and target load (<-- click link). The page has more detailed information on about the Cardio Load & Target Load features.

I've been using my Charge 6 for about four months - plenty long for it to figure out my cardio target load.  I do get a message saying,  for example that I should be "aiming for 2-39 cardio load today will keep you on track to achieve your fitness target."  But the cardio load tab itself says "no target."

I get that message when I have to many off days during the last seven.  It comes back a couple of days later.  I don't sweat it.

@RiekoC Thank you for your help.

@Wexf @YachatsMike , Thank you for your messages.

Our team is looking into this and will work on a solution. Hopefully this gets solved soon.

We have noticed, as our friend RiekoC recommended, that uninstalling the app, turning your phone offand on again and then reinstalling the Fitbit app has helped other users.

Please sync your Charge 6 before you uninstall the app. Do not worry deleting the app, will not erase your data. All synced data will remain saved into your account.

I have the same issue. Deleting and reinstalling app did not fix the issue. Still NO TARGET message displays. I've been wearing my Sense6 round the clock for months.

Actually, my problem resolved itself some time ago, a little while after I deleted and reinstalled the app.  I still have no idea why it happened, and the cardio target seems to be acting weirdly.  But I do get one now.  I hope it doesn't disappear again!

Hello @k1o5

This help page (<-- click) describes how the Cardio Target Load is calculated.

Are you seeing anything on your Cardio Load page? What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

All data screens are populated back to January and I get the notifications within the dashboard telling me to step it up, or back it down. Sometimes the messages have recommended targets. The cardio load updates as it should, the small text next to the number ALWAYS says NO TARGET.
I've cleared data, deleted app, restarted phone, reset watch. I try all of the above every 3 months or so. It never helps.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages.

The bug that caused Cardio target load to not appear in the Fitbit App for some Customers has been fixed. Performing a manual sync in the Fitbit app (pull-down on the Today screen) is the recommended work-around to populate the Cardio target load value.

Let us know how it goes.
