No longer getting hourly exercise reminders

My charge 6 is no longer reminding me to get my 250 steps in.  The notification is one according to my settings (I turned it off and then on again to see if that helps).  Thank you.

Every now & then, I don't get my reminder to move. When this happens, I

• Turn off the hourly notification, followed by manual sync
• Turn hourly notification back on, followed by manual sync
• Restart the Fitbit
