Recently bought a Charge 6. Activated Premium service and for 10 straight days I got a sleep score (and breathing and heart rates).
Then one night I got no sleep details. Checked this forum and other places and figured that these things happens sometimes.
So the next night I made extra sure of the positioning of the device. As far as I know I always sleep in more-or-less the same position. Again - no sleep data and in the morning the watch was exactly where I expected it to be - had not slipped in the night.
So more research - re-installed the app and rebooted the watch. And last night - again nothing.
So not sure what I can try now - any more thoughts or is the device faulty?

Hi. I'm having a similar issue. How was this fixed?
Thanks
Do you think my afib coukd be a factor in no data of any kind

Are you not seeing any heart rate data from your Charge 6?
Do you see a green light on the back of your Fitbit? To check, place your finger across the back of your Charge 6. When you lift your finger, you should see a green light. That light is the heart rate sensor.
If you're not seeing a green light, check to make sure Heart Rate is enabled in the Settings menu on the Charge 6. If Heart rate is enabled and you still don't see a green light, you could have a defective device and should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link)

My Inspire 3 stopped reporting sleep scores. I tried everything posted in this forum and contacted customer support twice. Mine actually got so whack that while I was mowing the lawn (nearly 2 hours of constant activity) was recorded on Fitbit as a Sleep Session! I factory reset the tracker and also deleted the app and reinstalled. I got my first sleep score in close to two weeks and it appears to be accurate. I'm not sure if the app or the reset solved the issue or the combination. And, this is only one isolated data point it may not be a long-term fix. Just sync your device just before factory reset and you will lose very little if any significant personal data. All my historical data is still there.
