My Fitbit charge 6 wasn't synching so I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it.
However I can't get back on the app and when I ask for an email to reset password I do not receive one
It's not on spam

Best AnswerWith the the Charge 6 the user is required to switch over to a Google Login.
Therefore I would not expect an email. How are you logging into community. If you have a Charge 6 you should be choosing the Google Login. Then use your Google Password
Then choose the Google Account by default, it will display the Google account your phone is logged into

It's possible the email went to your Spam or Junk folder. Check all your email folders and make sure the email address listed in your personal info is correct.
