Started with a 2 in 2018. Graduated to a 5 in 2022. Purchased a 6 recently.
The connection to the wristband on my 5 broke. I purchased a 6. I find the following problems and am going to return the 6 and purchase a 5:
Instead of the platic wristband I replaced it with a metal mesh strap that keeps coming undone and causing the 6 to fall off my wrist.
The activity points do not register at all. A normal day would be above 25. Since I purchased the 6, the average is 3.
The heartbeat monitor does not work.
The wristband replacment options are too small and do not connect properly.
Very disappointing.
My 5 replacment has arrived. Everything works again. No complaints. Wristband replacement, heartbeat, activity points, etc. The 6 is not ready for prime time! The 5 iss tired an true!
