My daily readiness score just disappeared.
The section is there but it says no score for today. Upon further examination the score is missing for all previous days as well when it was previously there.

I'm not sure why you're not seeing a score, though. From what I now see in my Fitbit app, my Readiness score has been recalculated using the new algorithm.
I know there's been issues with data syncing and data discrepancies on the Fitbit side that the team is working on fixing. It may take a bit of time for your scores to show up in the app. If I learn of any updates, specifically regarding the readiness scores, I'll report back.

My Readiness Score is missing and says the same thing that it did yesterday: "To get your first readiness score, wear your watch continuously for 1 more night". Maybe I'll have one tomorrow along with a return of my Sleep Score and sleep stages data.
Best AnswerI did get a Readiness Score today after I solved the issue of missing Sleep data. As I noted in another post I had to tighten my wristband and make sure to leave Bluetooth on when I went to bed.

Best AnswerMy Fitbit charge 6 hasn't been showing readiness for a couple weeks now. App is on latest version as is the watch firmware. I am a premium user. Any ideas?
Does look like people with premium account are having conflicts/bugs that is resulting in issues around the updated daily readiness scores. I would recommend uninstalling the app restart the device then reinstall the app as a new install this may resolve the issue. You will need your Fitbit/google log in details if you attempt this solution.

Hi Fitbit app is updated and yet I’m still not receiving readiness scores. When you say it’s rolling out what does that mean- the updated readiness score that is broken or they are rolling out a fix to the new readiness score? Thank you
I’m about to give up on Fitbit. I chatted with someone over a week ago about the lack of readiness score and still no information or fix.
I’ve cancelled my premium membership and won’t be buying another Fitbit once my premium expires next July.
There’s zero care for customers and zero interest in improving things. Fitbit used to be great. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years, but I’ve had enough.
Best AnswerI usually get satisfied with my Fitbit Charge 6, but after the daily readiness score disappeared for almost 4 weeks, I was very disappointed and consider unsubscribing from Fitbit Premium. For info, my app version is 4.28.3

Still no readiness score for several weeks now. Have latest app version and have changed sleep time as suggested. Have had Fitbits for 3 years with no issues before this.
